Haley Janicek has spent the last eight years immersed in the creator economy, helping some of the largest creators optimize and launch their email and newsletter strategies at Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Her expertise lies in supporting creative entrepreneurs as they scale their businesses through email marketing, providing strategic insights that drive growth and engagement.

Before transitioning to SaaS, Haley was a Division 1 head volleyball coach following her own D-1 playing career. She was inducted into the Vandal Hall of Fame in 2022 for both her coaching and playing achievements. At 23, she became the youngest Division 1 head coach in the country, earning recognition as an AVCA Top 30 Under 30 coach. Now a mom of three, she still enjoys coaching but has shifted her focus from the high-stakes college level to the equally competitive world of 10-year-olds.
